Brian is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute with over 20 years’ experience working as a Chartered Company Secretary.

Prior to joining Cronin, Brian held leadership positions, both in Ireland and internationally, at Global Top 10 and ‘Big 4’ firms in addition to senior inhouse roles in listed companies within the financial services and life sciences sectors. Brian brings significant expertise in the areas of company secretarial practice, company law and corporate governance, and is a key member of our advisory team.
