Carl is the Head of our Tax Department at Cronin. A qualified Chartered Tax Adviser with the Irish Tax Institute, he has approximately 17 years’ experience working in tax advising both domestic and international clients in respect of all their tax needs including income tax, capital gains tax, corporation tax, and VAT.

He has extensive experience in advising high net worth individuals on issues such as their succession planning requirements. He also advises corporate clients in respect of business/company sales, group restructures, passing of the business to the next generation and other issues, across a broad range of industries including retail, hospitality and technology. Carl prioritises clear and straightforward communication with clients to deliver tax advisory projects that are easy to understand and implement.
